This role: A day and week in the life…

  • Execute sales strategy for Impexium Enterprise solution opportunities.
  • Craft and lead solution presentations focused on solving prospects’ needs and motivating them to buy.
  • Deliver strong sales strategy while helping the team navigate alternative paths to making the sale.
  • Work with Marketing to create new relationships within assigned accounts and territories.
  • Achieve quarterly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities and closed business.
  • Document and track activity through web-based Salesforce automation tools.

Implementation Specialist, AMS

Bring new systems to life.

This role: A day and week in the life…

  • Support configuration workflow for new client implementation projects as needed.
  • Assist with gathering and analysis of client business requirements and objectives and provide recommendations on how to best tailor the software configuration to meet those objectives.
  • Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, and/or workarounds to enhance the client’s experience.
  • Participate in internal testing for new functionality and support User acceptance testing with clients.
  • Lead pre-launch review and validation prior to go live.

We currently have four office locations in Virginia, Michigan, and California. We offer in-office, hybrid, or 100% remote-based roles. Read more details on Impexium career opportunities.

How does assignment to an office location work?

If you are aligned to a specific office location, you will be aligned to that office’s events and meetings. For the most part, we will expect remote team members to be able to come in for occasional meetings and events.

What hybrid + remote options are available?

We offer everyday flexibility so you can shape your schedule and be present for the things that matter to you in work and in life. For example, hybrid office-based team members can spend a flexible amount of days per week working remotely based on a schedule they work out with their leader.  Some roles require more in person time than others, but all positions offer flexible options.  We also offer the option for many positions to work remotely full time. If you’re interested in a remote role, please indicate your interest when you apply and let your recruiter know.

What tools and resources are available?

Communication is important, and teams can’t be successful unless everyone stays organized and up to speed. Tools like Slack, Asana, TEAMS and Zoom allow you to openly communicate, connect, and collaborate seamlessly with teammates across time zones and geographies.
