  • Lead software implementations assisting customers with requirements definition, system configuration, tracking progress, and assessing and mitigating risk throughout.   
  • Manage relationships and communication (i.e. internal, client, 3rd party vendor) related to schedule, scope, changes, and budget.

  • Manage a portfolio of Impexium clients throughout their lifecycle to proactively drive satisfaction and retention, including owning the health and success of your clients from adoption through to renewal and expansion
  • Conduct regular business reviews and health checks across multiple stakeholder levels (i.e., C-Suite, VP, Director) to drive satisfaction and desired business outcomes
  • Develop success plans that outline client critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and detailed recommendations
  • Monitor client health and build risk mitigation plans where needed

  • Drive 2-3x growth in our Association Chapter Performance market with a trailblazing product by understanding how to position Billhighway to key decision-makers and drive a sense of urgency to adopt.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads in the non-profit association community through proactive networking and relationship building with associations and consultancy groups.

  • Full life cycle recruiting including source, screen, interview candidates, offer negotiation and pre-employment.
  • Analytics and reporting  of recruitment metrics to meet targeted expectations around time to fill and sourcing metrics.
  • Coordination and attending volunteer events within the community and related in office activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to enhance candidate pipelines.

We currently have four office locations in Virginia, Michigan, and California. We offer in-office, hybrid, or 100% remote-based roles. Read more details on Impexium career opportunities.

How does assignment to an office location work?

If you are aligned to a specific office location, you will be aligned to that office’s events and meetings. For the most part, we will expect remote team members to be able to come in for occasional meetings and events.

What hybrid + remote options are available?

We offer everyday flexibility so you can shape your schedule and be present for the things that matter to you in work and in life. For example, hybrid office-based team members can spend a flexible amount of days per week working remotely based on a schedule they work out with their leader.  Some roles require more in person time than others, but all positions offer flexible options.  We also offer the option for many positions to work remotely full time. If you’re interested in a remote role, please indicate your interest when you apply and let your recruiter know.
