Coinciding with digitalNow is OrgCommunity’s Solutions Day in Chicago. The Water Quality Association’s Jonathan Adams is joining Impexium’s Patrick Dorsey and Carole Herzog for the session entitled, You’ve Only Just Begun: Success After Implementation. 

This session will be a roadmap to navigate post-implementation success. The team will share how to plan, prioritize, and set expectations for the first days, months, and year after your AMS, CMS, or other software implementation launch. Jonathan will add successes and lessons learned from WQA’s own implementations.  

Just a few months ago, a plain little website shared a free “Research Preview” of ChatGPT, and the world as we know it changed forever. With this type of AI tool, there are ethical issues, legal issues, bias issues, quality issues, creativity issues, copyright issues, issue issues…and issues we haven’t even considered.

The workshop, followed by a facilitated lunch discussion, will be moderated by association veteran Rebecca Achurch.
