The Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society (RAPS) started their search for a new Association Management Solution after having problems with their current legacy AMS. Wendy Sahli, Director of Technology at RAPS, described their legacy system as “difficult to use and increased manual processes for staff.” It was highly customized, which led to a significant amount of missing functionality over time.
