The Association for Addiction Professionals was using an older software for their association management that they quickly outgrew when their membership surpassed 51,000 people. This meant a lot of new member and certification profiles that they needed to store. NAADAC’s Executive Director, Cynthia Moreno Tuohy, was looking for an AMS that “could expand and also grow with us.”
