Project Manager

 

Job Purpose:
This position involves working with clients and the Impexium internal technical team and business analyst team during software implementation to assist Impexium customers with requirements definition, system configuration, track project progress, and assess and mitigate risk throughout. Excellent project management, customer management, and written communication skills are required.

Job Description:

The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination, documentation and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

 

The successful candidate:

  • Will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget
  • Create detailed work plans which identify, and sequence activities needed to successfully complete projects
  • Develop in-depth understanding of Impexium SaaS products and implementation options
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
  • Perform a variety of tasks.
  • Lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Finalize project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Develop a comprehensive, detailed project plan to monitor and track progress to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Ensure that all project hours are tracked in accordance with the company policy while including hourly & total tracking towards estimated hours in progress reports.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship and communication schedule with the client and all stakeholders
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Level II/III Customer Support Specialist

Job Purpose:
This position involves working with clients to resolve technical issues encountered in the implementation and usage of Impexium software. Typical issues include report and API troubleshooting, replication of customer issues in customer test environments, and documentation of product bugs and enhancement requests. Excellent phone and written communication skills are required. The successful applicant will also have experience supporting web-based software. Experience with MS SQL, RESTful API’s, report and query development, and .net development is required. Association or non-profit management software experience is a plus, but not required.

Additional duties include coordinating the on boarding of new clients and working closely with those clients as they get up and running. We are constantly adding new features and integrations to the software, so you'll need to be able to learn quickly and support a growing list of features.

Installed Customer Sales Representative

Job Purpose:
This position involves working with existing Impexium clients to identify, qualify, specify and close upsell business on a monthly a basis to meet (and exceed) sales objectives. The Installed Customer Sale Representative builds relationships with existing clients, works with other Impexium resources to specify upsell services and SaaS opportunities, manage accounts through sales process, and maximize revenue opportunities. This resource will track and document the sales process as well as establish accurate forecasts.

Successful candidates will have an ability to obtain a deep understanding of the Impexium Membership Management platform, partner Applications and periodic enhancements to core product, as well as perform online and face to face demonstrations. Occasional travel (~ 10%) may include trips to customer sites. A proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and quota attainment is desired. Experience selling to associations and non-profit organizations a plus.

Manager, Customer Success

Job Purpose:
This position involves working with Impexium clients and the entire Impexium internal team to maximize customer success in the implementation and adoption of Impexium products. The successful candidate will have experience in Managing the execution and ongoing success of a client advocate program, including but not limited to cultivating a growing library of reference accounts, case studies, testimonials, and public speaking opportunities to assist with Impexium brand and growth initiatives. Excellent project management, customer management, and written communication skills are required. The Customer Success Manager will ensure client retention and loyalty with excellent client service achieved through proactive client contact, prompt and informative responses, high energy and enthusiasm.

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in completing deliverables and knowledge of technology. Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding client base. Must possess strong analytical skills and be capable of interpreting and communicating client requests and solutions. The ability to manage multiple projects and influence organizational change on behalf of clients is key for success.

Software Developer

Job Description: Analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, enhancement and support company's Association Management Software (AMS) and Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) products for associations and non-profits aligned with their business and administrative needs.

  • Work with the R&D Product Manager to develop site concepts, application functionality, business practices, interface design and site architecture.
  • Participate in system design, product development, and customer implementation support for web-based CRM solution targeting member organizations.
  • Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
  • Develop advanced applications, including database driven applications to deliver personalized and dynamic content.
  • Perform data modeling to design logical data model and implement it in Microsoft SQL Server database management system.
  • Develop complex database queries, stored procedures, triggers, T-SQL statements and user-defined functions of varying complexity with a "best practices" approach to keys, indices and relationships in SQL Server 2014.
  • Create efficient, scalable, reusable middle tier logic using any of .NET, Classic ASP, XML, C#, and other languages as needed. Create intuitive, logical, and dynamic user interfaces using HTML5, DHTML, JavaScript, XSL, EXT Java Script and AJAX.
  • Manage Windows 2008 Server, IIS, CSS3, COM+ and SQL Server 2014 with regards to administration and performance tuning.
  • Assist and/or perform the design development and maintenance of system software.
  • Perform product development within scheduled timeframe and based on system specification.

Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Info Systems or a closely related field and 2 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, Programmer Analyst or and job involving web-based software development. Experience must include use of Microsoft.NET framework, Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML 5, JavaScript, and CSS3.
